Here is What You'll Learn
Washington’s New Clergy Mandatory Reporting Law

· Reporting is required even if the abuse is revealed in a confidential discussion covered by the clergy-penitent privilege.
· When the new mandatory reporting requirement applies, and what this means for your church and pastors.
· Steps you can take so you are ready to fulfill this new requirement of protecting children and youth.
